01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ed666 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ed666 platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and slide game categories — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ed666 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting and casino gaming services to adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), using the ৳ symbol. By using ed666, you acknowledge that online gambling is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment and not as a means of generating income or financial return.

ed666 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at ed666.app/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using ed666 immediately and request account closure via our support team.

Governing Language

These Terms are published in English, which is the governing language of the ed666 platform. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.

Jurisdiction

ed666 is operated as an online entertainment platform targeting the Bangladesh market. By using this platform, you confirm that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting for personal entertainment purposes is not unlawful for you as an individual user. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of ed666 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ed666 does not make any warranty or representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

02 Age Restriction & Eligibility

ed666 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on ed666. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If ed666 has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the relevant account and conduct an age verification review.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use ed666:

• You are a human individual (not a corporation, partnership, or automated agent).
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or personal commitment that prohibits you from gambling online.
• You have not previously had an ed666 account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ed666 or any of its affiliated service providers.

Age Verification

ed666 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation confirming that you are 18 years of age or older will result in the immediate suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. ed666 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any lawful inquiry from competent authorities.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of ed666 services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the ed666 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. ed666 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to provide accurate information, including loss of access to your account or failure to receive important communications. If any of your registered information changes, you must update it promptly via your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. ed666 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain reasonable security of your credentials. You must notify ed666 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Account Currency

All ed666 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts. Once an account currency is set to BDT, it cannot be changed. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings will be processed and displayed in BDT.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ed666 supports instant deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT. ed666 does not accept deposits made using funds that are not legally owned by the account holder. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the ed666 player account.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ed666 is ৳100, applicable across all supported mobile-money and banking channels. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and by the player's account verification tier. Players are advised to check the current deposit limits displayed in their account settings, as these may be updated periodically.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification review before processing. ed666 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, the player's verification status, and the volume of requests at the time of submission. ed666 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ed666 player account.
• Players must complete any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
• ed666 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for a deposit before processing the corresponding withdrawal.
• Deposits that have not been used for any betting or gaming activity may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.

Fees and Charges

ed666 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile-money provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, over which ed666 has no control. Any such third-party charges are the sole responsibility of the player.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on ed666, you acknowledge that all outcomes are subject to the applicable game rules and that the result of each event, spin, or draw is final once determined. ed666 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, manifest error in odds or pricing, or any circumstance that ed666 reasonably determines to have compromised the integrity of the outcome.

Sports Betting

ed666 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets. Betting markets are subject to availability and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice, including during live events. Accepted bets are binding. Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ed666 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or market at its sole discretion.

Casino and Slot Games

Casino and slot games on ed666 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages, which are set by the respective game provider and certified for fairness. ed666 is not responsible for the availability, performance, or any error in a third-party game. In the event of a dispute regarding a third-party game outcome, ed666 will work with the relevant game provider to investigate and resolve the matter.

Lottery and Slide

Lottery draws and Slide game results on ed666 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. All results are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. ed666 will not reverse or amend a lottery or slide result after it has been officially published, except in the case of a verified technical fault that materially affected the outcome of the draw or game round.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ed666 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software or third-party game code.
• Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or structured betting strategies designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's systems, security measures, or data streams.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ed666 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only, not to players' own deposited funds, unless the player elects to wager their deposit in combination with an active bonus.
• Bonuses are credited to the player's account in BDT and will expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per player account, unless ed666 explicitly states otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• ed666 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. This includes cancelling promotions that are found to be the subject of abuse or exploitation.

Bonus Abuse

ed666 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or any other strategy determined by ed666 to constitute abuse — will have all bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests exclusively with ed666, whose decision in such matters is final.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

ed666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy an age verification or KYC request within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity, including suspected money laundering or deposit chargebacks.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their ed666 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ed666 will process any pending withdrawals of legitimately held cash balances (subject to standard verification procedures) and close the account. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period via our support team. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool that prevents access to the ed666 platform for a defined period (ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion). During a self-exclusion period, ed666 will make reasonable efforts to block the excluded player from opening a new account. 08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ed666 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in relation to the platform and its services. The ed666 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ed666 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Excluded Losses

ed666 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ed666 platform.
• Losses arising from third-party game malfunctions, server outages, data feed errors, or telecommunications failures beyond ed666's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided during registration or in connection with a deposit or withdrawal request.

Force Majeure

ed666 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond ed666's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party service provider failures.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the ed666 platform or service, you should contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. ed666 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints and aims to provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe. All disputes regarding bet settlements, game outcomes, or account decisions will be reviewed by ed666's compliance team, whose determination shall be final in the absence of a verified technical error.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any specific game or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ed666 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
